Cameron's Professional MBA Tops National List of Affordable MBA Programs The Professional Master of Business Administration program in the Cameron School of Business ranks first on a national list, compiled by U.S. News & World Report, that measures the average debt load among MBA program graduates.

This evening's topic is looking at the financial aspects of IT projects. A company's spending on IT will be reviewed in the context of a maturity model whose stages range from "Chaos" to "Sustainable Economic Model". The latter treating investment in IT as a peer to investment in any other asset.

Current students, faculty, staff, alumni, and prospective students are invited to purchase a warrant for a faculty members “arrest”. Court will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the CIS building. Donations to a faculty members’ bail is also welcome.

Professor:
Stephen C. Harper, Ph.D. Progress Energy/Betty Cameron Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship Topics for November 15, 2012: Leading an organization – especially when it involves transforming it from what it has been to what it needs to be - involves having clear objectives, plans that will make the objectives a reality, and the ability to execute the plans so the right things happen at the right time and the right way. The first part of the class focuses on the need to set specific objectives, develop action plans, conduct periodic reviews and to incorporate the extent the goals were achieved and what was learned in the process into the performance review system. The need to have “A” players in “A” positions is also stressed.
