  • Ms. Biehner has spent her career in management positions for hospitals and a specialty pharmacy company. Those positions include: • Senior Vice President, Accredo Health, Inc., Memphis, TN, where she was the senior officer responsible for partnership operations, partnership development, strategic planning, human resources, corporate purchasing and property management and community foundation. Ms. Biehner was responsible for four partnerships totaling $85 million in net operating revenue annually. Her other corporate responsibilities included facility management across the country including renovations and construction projects, saving in excess of $1.2 million in lease expenses in her first year in this position. She was responsible for human resources with over 2,000 employees and over 40 locations. She implemented the first corporate-wide contracts to manage corporate purchasing, resulting in annual savings exceeding $2 million. • Chief Executive Officer, Bon Secours-Holy Family Regional Health System, Altoona, PA. Ms. Biehner was the recognized leader with a $166 million annual operating budget for a 180 bed, acute care facility with gerophsychiatric, rehabilitative and skilled care units. She led a turnaround from a $2.1 million operating deficit to a $1.1 million operating income in a highly competitive market, increased market share by 25% by developing improved medical-staff relations and new managed care contracts and increased EBIDTDA over 50% through growth and cost management. • Senior Manger, Consulting Division, Child Health Corporation of America, Shawnee Mission, KS.
