For the past 30 years I have been a senior business consultant providing direction and leadership to both mid-size and Fortune 500 companies in the design and implementation of programs. These include strategic planning and governance; process redesign, change management and adoption; human capital planning and talent management; leadership development, and performance management. I am a Principle consultant at Pilot Consulting, which involves Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management, a Sr Principle at eLoyalty, and a Sr Consultant at Watson Wyatt Worldwide. I currently teach at the Cameron School of Business and as a corporate trainer for Cape Fear Community College and the the Swain Center, as well as a volunteer mentor in the Cameron Executive Network and a director on the board of Civitan
