Biography
Dr. Elisabeth Struckell joined the faculty in 2020 and supports the Management concentration by teaching Undergraduate competitive Strategy, Management Principles and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the Cameron School of Business faculty, she retired from a diverse and successful 25-year career with PepsiCo and only recently earned her PhD in Strategy from the University of North Texas in 2018. Her research theme is organizational change. Her research has been featured in top journals, such as Academy of Management Principles, International Journal of Production Management, Journal of Knowledge Management and the Journal of Technology Forecasting and Social Change.
