Biography
Dr. Joshua Sears joined the faculty in 2020 and supports the Management Strategy concentration. Prior to joining the Cameron School of Business faculty, he was on the faculty at Texas Tech University. His areas of interest are innovation, knowledge exchange, interfirm relationships, acquisitions, and internationalization. His research has been featured in top journals, such as Strategic Management Journal, Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, and Strategic Organization.
