Biography

Mr. Reed teaches Principles of Marketing and Sales Force Automation. He has also taught Consumer Behavior, Strategic Promotions, Professional Sales, Sales Management, Marketing Strategy and Managerial Marketing. Before teaching (Central Connecticut State University, Southern Illinois University, University of New Mexico), Mr. Reed worked 35 years in the corporate world as a Program Manager, VP of Marketing and President of his own marketing consulting firm. His specialties and areas of interest include professional sales, program management and direct response marketing. He serves as Director of UNCW’s Center for Sales Excellence and Customer Delight.
