Biography
Dr. Begum Otken joined the faculty full time in 2022 and supports the International Business and Management concentration. Prior to joining the Cameron School of Business faculty, she served for several years as a faculty and MBA Coordinator for Yeditepe University in Turkey. She taught Organizational Behavior, Leadership and International Business classes in Europe and the United States. She became an Associate Professor in the area of Management and Organization in 2014. Her areas of interest are leadership, employer branding, employee attitudes and organizational culture. She has published over 20 academic journal articles thus far in her career and her research has been featured in top journals, such as Journal of Business Ethics, Management Research Review, European Research Studies Journal and International Journal of Management and Economics.
