Biography
Dr. Tao Yang joined the faculty in 2021 and supports the Human Resource Management concentration. Prior to joining the Cameron School of Business faculty, he was an assistant professor at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Dr. Yang earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. His research and teaching focus on organizational behavior and human resources broadly defined. Dr. Yang's research centers on employee well-being, mindfulness, emotions, workplace interventions, and work-family interface. His research has been featured in outlets such as Nature Human Behaviour, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
