MIS/CIT 310: Final Hands On - Study Guide

The final will be a hands-on exam, open book and open prior projects

 

Concepts you should be comfortable with for the final

• Building a new site
• Building the appropriate folders
• Building a CSS file (or copying the appropriate items from a prior style sheet)
  
  
• Build appropriate nav/footer links via an 'includes' file
• Build an appropriate header
• Add title, meta, alt and H1 tags to support SEO
  
  
• Create a default page
• No requirements for bootstrap will be required
• Add section/aside to the page
  
  
• Incorporate an image into the page
• Add a bullet list
• How to format a border/padding/margin
  
  
• Add jQueries to the page (what are the key steps)
• Improve appearance!
