About Career Day
Now in its 21st year, UNCW's Technology, Analytics, Supply Chain Career Day is an event designed to:
- Help students determine if a technical, analytics and/or supply chain degree is a great fit
- Assist juniors and seniors with internships
- Help graduates find full-time or part-time employment

nCino, Senior Manager Solution Architecture
Topic:
Start Somewhere, Land Somewhere Better: The Path to the Job You Actually Want
Ben is a Manager of Solution Architecture at nCino, where he leads a team
of solution architects delivering nCino's Agentic Banking Solutions to
banks and credit unions across the country. With 7+ years at nCino, 5 of
which in leadership, Ben has deep technical fluency in the nCino platform
and a keen eye for developing talent.
A 2017 graduate of UNCW's Cameron School of Business, Ben is a 3x Salesforce
certified professional and currently serves on the UNCW IS Advisory Board.
He's a frequent voice on AI adoption in technology delivery and has twice
presented at UNCW's annual WITX conference.
