Kelly Struble is the CEO and co-founder of Tama Tea which was founded in 2015 and currently has distribution from the East Coast to California. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing expert with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including food and beverage, retail, and home services. She has worked with many companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 including Stanford University, Indeed, Johnson and Johnson, Premium Service Brands, and Floor Coverings International. She currently holds the VIP Marketing position with Just Between Friends Franchise organization which spans more than 150 locations in the US.
Wells Struble is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a diverse portfolio across multiple industries, including food and beverage, retail, and technology. In addition to co-founding Tama Tea in 2015, he is a partner in Biggers Market, a thriving outdoor retail market in Wilmington, NC. Wells has also been involved in several high-growth franchise ventures, such as Peño Mediterranean Grill and co-founding The Fuzzy Peach, a nationally expanding franchise system of frozen yogurt shops with 20 locations at his time of exit. With over 15 years of entrepreneurial and investment experience, Wells has had 800+ employees across his organizations. He has developed a strong reputation for his ability to grow and exit businesses successfully, while also mentoring emerging entrepreneurs.
