A Wilmington local, Ashley is a global finance executive experienced across public and private companies varying from $25M to $30B. She began her career at KPMG leading audit and financial due diligence teams in the US, UK and Australia before moving to the corporate side at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Initially focusing on M&A, joint ventures and globalization strategy at Sikorsky, she then moved into CFO and senior leadership roles at Sikorsky and United Technologies companies (now RTX) Otis Elevators and Collins Aerospace. She now helps private equity backed companies through times of change from the CFO seat. Ashley is currently the CFO of a Private Equity backed platform roll up in Custom Automation.
