Tammy has worked with global organizations for over 20 years. After helping a friend start a new outsourcing organization that functions out of the Philippines, she purchased the organization in 2019 with a business partner. In the next five years the organization grew tenfold and moved from a remote operation to onsite. After selling HealthyBOS in December 2024, she is currently working with the acquiring organization on integration of the two organizations within the Philippines and with the leadership teams in both the US and India.
