Mika is a Wilmington native and Cameron School of Business alum with an undergrad in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accountancy. As a Senior Manager with Deloitte, he specializes in IT risk and controls, safeguarding controlled unclassified information (CUI), and supply chain risk management (SCRM). Building on his foundation as an IT Auditor, Mika has layered on new competencies and specialized experience—enabling him to effectively guide organizations around the world through complex risks and regulatory requirements. His primary focus is the aerospace and defense industry, where he advises Department of Defense (DoD) contractors on properly addressing cybersecurity requirements such as the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). In addition to client service, Mika is responsible for the development and management of Deloitte’s CMMC service offering and has various internal roles such as serving on the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) responsible for technical SAP guidance for Deloitte professionals globally.

Jeremy Jacobs is a Senior Manager in the Assurance Department at GreerWalker in Charlotte, North Carolina. He specializes in serving middle-market, privately held companies across the manufacturing, distribution, restaurant, technology, and employee benefit plan sectors. Jeremy also serves as treasurer for two nonprofit organizations. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the UNCW in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
I've worked in public accounting since 2003 and currently serve as a Tax Partner at TJT. I specialize in providing tax services to closely held businesses, pass-through entities, multi-state corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. My clients span industries such as manufacturing, farming, construction, real estate, and financial services. I was on the UNCW golf team and met my husband in the MSA program. We have two kids, a son named Max, age 15, and a daughter named Sam, age 12.
