Chris Capone is the founder of Capone & Associates, a bookkeeping and fractional CFO firm that helps small and growing businesses gain financial clarity, improve profitability, and scale with confidence. Chris is a UNCW CSB Alumni, with and undergraduate and a masters degree in Accounting (2011, 2012). Chris started his career in Public Accounting, and then worked for an international company in corporate finance and operations. Chris Started Capone & Associates in July 2022. Chris lives in Wilmington, NC with his Wife and Son, and enjoys spending time outside and traveling.

Daniel is a CPA and founder of Nespero LLC, a Wilmington -based bookkeeping and advisory firm serving small businesses, short term rental property managers, and nonprofits. He specializes in building efficient, tech-forward accounting systems and custom automations. When he's not accounting for things he enjoys spearfishing, foraging, and kicking it with his wife, two kids, and 4 chickens.
Jay is a graduate from UNCW as both an undergraduate and from the MSA program. He started his career out with the NC Office of State Auditor and has been in public accounting for the past 26 years working in various industries. He is currently the Director of Audit Services for Sharpe Patel PLLC, a mid size CPA firm with offices in Raleigh, Charlotte and Wilmington. He currently lives in Raleigh with his wife and 7 year old son. His twin daughter and son both currently attend UNCW. He serves on the board of Second Chance Pet Adoptions and the Central Carolina Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners.
