Holly leads strategic engagement and signature experiences that strengthen connections and advance the accounting profession. Her team focuses on building meaningful relationships, growing membership, and delivering impactful events that support a vibrant, inclusive professional community. Holly graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a master’s degree from North Carolina State University. She received the IOM designation from the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management in 2022.
Will Goldberg is an Audit Senior Manager specializing in clients within the retail and consumer products sectors. With more than nine years of experience serving both public and private entities, Will has led several of the firm’s largest retail engagements and supported numerous manufacturers and distributors in the consumer products industry. He brings extensive technical expertise, regularly advising clients on complex accounting matters.
In addition to his client service responsibilities, Will serves as the firm’s Audit Policy Leader for the consumer products industry, overseeing the development of industry-wide strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and training programs. Will has spent his entire public accounting career in RSM’s Charlotte office.
Will has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of North Carolina - Asheville, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Josh is the founder of Beyond Basketball, a nonprofit empowering student-athletes for life after sports, and LMH Capital, supporting early-stage companies. Josh resides in Raleigh with his wife, Christie, and their two sons, Liam and McDaniel.
Garret Tripp is the Office Managing Partner for the Raleigh office of PwC. With over 20 years of Assurance experience as a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, Garret is committed to fostering talent, strengthening client relationships and driving regional growth. Garret’s expertise spans industries such as technology, media, telecommunications and industrial products. His work has positioned PwC as a trusted partner, guiding startups and managing multinational engagements. A Veteran of the Illinois Army National Guard’s Military Police Corps, Garret exemplifies service and leadership. He serves on the boards of the Veterans Life Center and North Carolina Technology Association, reinforcing his commitment to Raleigh.
