Leann is a partner in RSM's merger and acquisition tax practice. Leann is the M&A tax leader for the Florida and Midsouth markets and focuses on buyside and sellside tax due diligence and structuring, primarily for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Leann earned her BS in accounting and MBA from Fairfield University. She also obtained her JD from Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to joining RSM 13 years ago, Leann spent 6 years with PwC in Boston. Outside of work, Leann enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Bill is a partner at PwC and is focused on helping large pharmaceutical and life sciences clients negotiate and execute large carve-outs, divestments, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He currently helps lead PwC’s national pharma/life sciences Deals practice, with over 200 partners and staff serving over 40 US-based and international clients on their transactions. He is also responsible for his firm’s relationship management and execution on the Pfizer and Novo Holdings client accounts. Most importantly, Bill is a 2004 CSB graduate of the MSA program and started at PwC that year as an auditor before moving into consulting several years later.
