Michael holds a Masters degree in European Integration and Co-Operation from the University of Hull (England) and a Bachelors degree (cum laude) in International Politics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He also has completed advanced study in Global Supply Chain management at Cranfield University (England). Michael resides in Wilmington and is married to his wife, Heather, and together they have three children, Michael, Mattheus, and Charlotte.
