I am a PMO and organizational leadership executive with more than 20+ years of experience leading large-scale transformations across companies including Cisco, IBM, SAS, Pure Storage, QGenda, and The Select Group.
Before launching Applied Edge, I served as the Chief Operating Officer for Dataswyft, a data-privacy startup, where I helped secure 40 million dollars in funding and built the operational structure needed for growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve built PMOs from the ground up, led major business transformations, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and led client facing implementations. I’m known for my direct, people-first leadership style and my ability to simplify complexity, align teams, and create cultures where people can thrive.
I am currently earning my Executive MBA at UNC Wilmington and writing my upcoming book on the ten essential skills students need to transition successfully from college to corporate life, and how to build successful PMOs.
Outside of work, I’m a mentor, speaker, mom of three, and a strong advocate for helping young professionals find their confidence and edge in the real world.
