Brad Naylor is a DevSecOps Engineer at GuidePoint Security, where he leads application security engagements for Fortune 500 clients and serves as an AI/ML subject matter expert on his team. His work is grounded in the fundamentals -- threat modeling, security architecture, CI/CD pipeline hardening, cloud security, and vulnerability management -- applied across enterprise environments.
His focus is on what breaks when AI coding agents meet those disciplines. He works daily across multiple agents and development harnesses, advising clients and building internal security tooling that puts the paradigms in this talk through their paces.
Brad holds a B.S. in Information Technology (Cybersecurity) from UNC Wilmington and is based in Raleigh. He is a bass player and breaks things for fun!
