Berkley Stafford is CEO of TransImpact, a 9-time Inc.-500 supply chain services and technology leader. Through a 30-year career that has included operations, sales, and leadership roles at UPS and Envirotainer, he’s had a front row seat for the dramatic changes and increased complexity in the supply chain industry. At TransImpact, Berkley champions a culture of performance and innovation to lead a high-performing team that helps companies turn their supply chain into a strategic advantage, with margin-improving parcel spend management solutions and demand planning SaaS technology. Berkley is passionate about company culture and giving back to the community. That’s evidenced in his commitment to IMPACT1, TransImpact’s philanthropic initiative that contributes employee time, in-kind services and cash contributions to numerous charities each year. He shares his industry knowledge and leadership experience through speaking engagements at industry conferences and events such as Parcel Forum, National Association for Corporate Directors – RTC Chapter, Leadership Carteret, and the UNC-Wilmington Cameron School of Business annual Business Week. Berkley earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. He serves on the board of directors for TransImpact.
