Nouran Alotaibi is an IT Security Specialist at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). She earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UNCW, with double minors in Cybersecurity and Mathematics. Nouran began her journey with the IT Security team at UNCW as a student worker, where she acquired new skills and contributed to the team. After graduating, she transitioned into her professional career. In her current role, Nouran is responsible for handling and responding to IT security incidents, as well as managing the Security Operation Center (SOC) at UNCW.

Lisa has been with UNCW for 3 years as the Assistant Director of ITS Project Mgmt.  She has over 40 years of IT infrastructure, application, process improvement and project management experience.  The majority of Lisa's career was spent working for Perot Systems, an IT Service Provider, that was purchased by Dell in 2009.  Lisa has held many IT positions over her career and she has experienced the vast changes in IT over the those years from on premise mainframe/batch computing, to distributed client server and cloud based SAAS as well as mobility.  She has led a variety of global teams across the infrastructure spectrum to include Service Desk, Professional Services, Project Mgmt. Offices.

Ajiana Williams is an IT Programmer Analyst at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering, as well as a master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from Texas A&M University–Texarkana. Ajiana began her professional journey in Data Analysis within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Planning at her alma mater. There, she worked extensively with sensitive institutional data to create insights that informed university growth and strategic planning. She has since transitioned into the field of Information Technology, where she now manages backend university systems that rely on the very data she once analyzed.
