Garrett serves as Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy at Bob Barker Company, a family-owned business that has supported correctional and detention facilities for more than 50 years. In his role, he leads the company's digital transformation efforts, with a focus on aligning marketing strategy to measurable revenue growth, expanding eCommerce capabilities, and improving the customer experience for frontline public safety professionals. Garrett has worked at Bob Barker for 14 years with a majority of that time spent traveling across the country as a Regional Sales Manager for the country's jails and prisons. Bob Barker Company provides essential products that help correctional staff operate safe, stable, and humane facilities across the United States. Through dependable supply chain operations and mission-driven product solutions, the company supports officers and administrators in maintaining environments that prioritize safety, dignity, and consistency for both staff and those in custody. The mission of the company is to "Transform Criminal Justice while honoring God in all that we do". Their work to reduce recidivism has been well documented. Garrett now serves on the board of the Bob Barker Foundation. Garrett is passionate about knowing the customer and building marketing programs that not only drive business performance but also support organizations whose work carries meaningful societal impact.
