I have worked in many industries and in many roles. No matter the industry or function or title, one thing has always been true and has guided me through my journey so far: People are at the center of it all and understanding yourself, what you want, what you don't want, and learning to communicate with others from a steady place of self-awareness is the key to getting where you want to go. I believe in the power of mentorship and of sharing your thoughts and struggles with someone who has probably been in your shoes before. I love working with college students figuring out their lives and careers because I am figuring out mine along with you! I may be a few steps further down the path but no one has everything figured out (so don't think that any of us mentors do). However, you can certainly learn from our mistakes and successes and a perspective outside of your own. I believe in clarity and honesty, so I will tell you the truth and hopefully, help you to see things in a new way that will unlock your potential to go after what you want in life! I am very passionate about leadership, equity in the workplace, management, and sales & marketing. I hope to be matched with someone who is ready to be challenged to think differently and who is open to learning.
