Glen has over 25 years of public and private accounting experience successfully serving a wide-variety of companies in a number of roles. His current responsibilities as chief accounting officer involve leading a team of accounting, finance, tax, financial systems, and shared service professionals. Glen also has an extensive amount of experience with complex transactions including initial public and other securities related offerings. He understands how to build high-performing teams and successfully lead projects of varying sizes.
