Jeff Flynn Simply put, I have spent my entire career energized by and focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed. As an entrepreneurial-minded executive with expertise in sales, marketing and product management, I have a solid track record in growing revenue and market share by leading and managing sales teams and directing selling practices, product management and brand marketing communications. My success has been driven by strong communication, leadership and analytical skills as well as integrity, resourcefulness and a strong work ethic. Most recently I supported a founder/owner in steadily growing a K-12 operational, SaaS software company. Over the course of my 15 year tenure, I advanced through several leadership roles across sales, marketing, operations and product management. In all of my roles, my supervisors and colleagues recognized me as a strategic thinker, problem solver, trusted advisor, good listener, mentor (I enjoy helping people grow and achieve), compassionate leader, supportive coach and fun co-worker. With a natural curiosity, I love to learn new things but also take a strong analytical approach to my work.
