Douglas Heckler I was part of the HR Corporate Leadership team at MillerCoors Brewing Company in Milwaukee and Golden. My specific responsibilities included negotiation of 21 different labor contracts as well as all employee relations functions for all hourly, non-union employees. As a member of the HR Leadership team I participated in many interviews, performance reviews, career coaching sessions, and manager training programs.
