I started my commercial lending career working in the Real Estate Banking Group at Bank of America in Raleigh, NC. I currently serve as the Market Executive for United Community Bank in Wilmington, NC. I support our team to achieve objectives in client satisfaction and revenue generation through commercial lending. My role involves client management, portfolio management and a comprehensive knowledge of senior secured debt facilities. My focus is commercial real estate lending. I originate, structure and close commercial loans for real estate professionals. We fund new construction and the acquisition of existing commercial real estate. Property types include multi-family, office, warehouse, mini-storage and retail. I lived in Wilmington the last 25 years and enjoy golf, fishing and boating.
