Mark Leeds has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry. From 1999-2017, he was Chief Financial Officer of Win Properties, a family owned real estate owner/operator with properties in 36 states, where he was responsible for all financial, accounting and tax matters. From 1985-1999, he was Vice President-Finance for Mall Properties, Inc., a national real estate owner/developer of diversified properties, where he was responsible for all financial, accounting and tax matters as well as overseeing the owner’s personal finances. Prior to joining Mall Properties, he was a senior audit manager with the accounting firms Touche Ross & Co (Now Deloitte) Marks Shron & Company (now Paneth Marks Shron) , specializing in real estate.
