Dan worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey for 32 years. He spent the first half of his career at Bristol-Myers Squibb working in the Commercial and Business Development organizations in functions such as Market Research and New Business Assessment. He then moved into the R&D organization where he held positions of increasing responsibility leading functions such as R&D Performance Measurement/Benchmarking and R&D Business Operations while also providing day to day support for the Chief Scientific Officer. He also served as the executive sponsor for the R&D MBA rotational associates program and as a member of the committee overseeing R&D charitable giving.
