Kimberly Mulvaney I have 40 years with Johnson & Johnson spanning IT, Distribution, Customer Service, Planning and Quality. In 2022, I retired from J&J as a Global Sr. Project Manager in the Commercial Quality organization focused on process improvements in our distribution centers around the globe across all J&J business segments (Medical Device, Consumer, Pharma and Vision). While in this role, I developed a number of global processes that improved efficiencies in the area of Repack and Relabel of Finished goods as well as improved cycle time of temperature excursions thus making product readily available for our customers in a much shorter time frame. I also led the development of system-based logic that tells distribution workers what products to protect from temperature depending on destination, time of year and transportation mode.
