Mike Murren is a seasoned CFO with a proven track record of partnering with business leaders, developing strong teams and delivering results in global manufacturing and service industries. His functional expertise includes leadership of Finance, Information Technology, Indirect Sourcing, and Human Resources. Mike's career began with GE where he completed the GE Financial Management Program with national honors and progressed through early career assignments in GE Plastics, GE Appliances, and GE Aviation. His last role at GE was the Finance leader of GE Engine Services, a global division in GE Aviation with $3B in annual revenue. After 16 years with GE, Mike left the company to be the CFO of Hill-Rom, a global manufacturer of hospital beds and medical device equipment. After four years at Hill-Rom, Mike shifted to private equity and has been a successful CFO of several private equity portfolio companies in a variety of industries including industrial materials, pharmaceutical research, and chemicals. Mike has strong expertise in financial reporting, organization development, mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis and investor relations. Mike retired in 2021 and permanently relocated to Wilmington where he enjoys fishing.
