James Oliver

James Oliver James R. Oliver spent 20 years with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He held a variety of senior analytic, staff and management positions including Chief of the CIA's Historical Review Program, Senior Advisor to the Director of Information Management, Chief of the CIA Executive Director's Staff. He regularly engaged in a broad spectrum of programming and policy issues at the Agency level, including personnel and budget allocation, financial management, strategic planning, document and records management, and declassification policy.
