My personal and professional experience have molded me into a servant leader who inspires, supports and assists others to become highly productive leaders who assemble and guide teams enabling organizational goals and objectives to be met or exceeded. I have served as a change agent to lead varying sized organizations (profit, non-profit, governmental) in meeting complex regulatory requirements as well as developing and initiating new service lines, core business growth and real estate development, acquisition and sale. After a 40-year career in the health care industry I retired with my wife to the coast to pursue activities dear to me including surfing, fishing, boating and golf. I aspire to make positive contributions to Wilmington by engaging the community on a social and professional level. I currently serve as the Chairperson of our community Architectural Review Committee, am engaged in t he faith-based community and hope to mentor students who seek inspirational and technical support with their professional journey.
