Michael Schrader

I worked in the supply chain and product development for 40 years, with the last 30 in leadership roles. My last role was leading a 500 person medical device/pharma plant making sterile solutions. I have also managed teams in England, Ireland, Germany, and France. I do enjoy understanding the cultural differences in these different countries. I have become a student and observer of leadership styles and their effectiveness in different situations. Though most of my experience has been in Supply Chain Management, I believe the leadership lessons transcend many career choices. Lastly, I enjoy listening to point of view and experiences of those I have mentored. Each experience and situation has unique challenges. There are few cookie cutter answers!
