Tracey Smith is the Managing Director of IGI Corporation, a company that specializes in the development, design and facilitation of training programs for financial institutions. Tracey brings a unique perspective to the training culture, as she has extensive experience with both financial service organizations and with privately held and publicly traded corporations. She currently designs and teaches programs in credit risk and tax analysis for major commercial banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, BMO Harris Bank, CIBC, Regions Bank, City National Bank, and the FFIEC. She is also a Senior Investment Professional with Rock Gate Partners, a Chicago Private Equity firm, where she has provided assistance with managing portfolio companies and acquisition due diligence.
