Robert E. Sterner: Bob is a National Account Manager for Velocity Solutions, Inc. a firm that provides consulting and retail strategy for the financial services industry. He and his team have successfully implemented profitable programs for hundreds of financial institutions across the United States. Since joining the organization in 2003, Robert has supervised the customer service department, managed the implementation and ongoing support of client programs, and spearheaded all sales efforts. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries to the organization. Robert has a BS in Business Management from UNC Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business. Born and raised in Gettysburg, PA, Robert has called North Carolina home for more than 10 years. Robert lives in Wilmington with his wife, Laura, daughter, Addie (7), son, Sam (4) and newborn daughter, Olivia. A die-hard Carolina basketball fan, he enjoys watching the Tar Heels win and the Blue Devils lose.
