James Wood

James is an HR leader for a global industrial company, and is passionate about achieving high performance in organizations and helping people develop so they can be ready for the next steps in their careers. He began his career as a recruiter, then moved into IT, Program / Project Management, before ultimately finding his calling in Human Resources. James has been in global roles for more than 10 years, and appreciates his travel, to and connections with, colleagues in countries such as China, India, Germany, UK, Ireland, Mexico, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, France and Italy. Having joined the Cameron Executive Network in 2023, James is very interested in seeing how he can positively impact the career choices and opportunities for Cameron students.
