As a 25-year veteran in the food service industry, I began my career as a Business Analyst for Taco Bell Corp. I subsequently held leadership roles in Capital Planning and Forecasting, National Advertising Administration and Development Reporting/Strategy. These critical business roles lead me towards rounding out my career with Taco Bell and YUM! Brands as National Director of Company and Franchise Development. In this role, I was fortunate to lead the team in opening over 350 company and franchise restaurants in a 5-year period across 48 U.S. States. I also implemented several Mentoring Programs during my career, specifically focused on elevating high potential leadership candidates. Upon retiring from Taco Bell in 2018, I relocated from Southern California to Wilmington. I was anxious to dive-in to the local community here and I have recently helped a small business owner to expand and grow her high-end clothing business by 10% per year over the past 5 years. I would describe my career legacy as being an ambassador for the “TEAM” and unleashing their power to produce consistent results. On a personal level, I start each day with passion and energy and end each day with no regrets! In my spare time, you will find me with family and friends, golfing, swimming or playing games.
