My career spans over 30 years in healthcare management, talent recruitment, marketing, and organizational development, providing a multidisciplinary foundation for innovation and leadership. I have developed paid student internship programs, mentored emerging professionals, and prioritized education-driven growth and entrepreneurial thinking. Current not-for-profit work includes serving as Vice-Chair of the Cape Fear Community College Foundation, Advisory Board Member for the UNCW Swain Center, conversation partner for ESOL students at Cape Fear Literacy Council, puppy host with Paws4People and an active member of the Wilmington Rotary Club. In my free time I enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, climbing, paddleboarding, and swimming.
