I recently retired from IBM after 30+ years of experience, with a background in consultative sales, client relationship management and services delivery. Working directly with senior executives in Fortune 500 financial services companies, including investment firms, insurance companies and international banks, I analyzed current business environments and new client requirements to design and deliver management consulting, technology and outsourcing services. By building and maintaining strong relationships with my clients, I helped them to leverage technology including AI and Data Analytics to transform their operations and find cost savings. I worked across the breadth of the IBM corporation to pull together various hardware, software and consulting solutions to solve complex business problems. Earlier in my career, I was a programmer and then moved into user requirements documentation, project management and systems implementation. After completing my MBA with a concentration in Information Systems, I moved into management consulting and sales. My husband and I retired to the Wilmington area 3 years ago and appreciate the beautiful beaches and the dining, arts and theater experiences in downtown. I enjoy practicing yoga, playing pickleball, meeting new neighbors while walking our dog and experimenting with new recipes.
