As Director of Technical Support Engineering at nCino, I lead global critical incident response and 24/7 support operations for one of the world's leading AI banking platforms. Over my 10+ years with nCino, I've pioneered international expansion efforts, establishing support operations across APAC, mentoring teams in South Africa and EMEA, and driving AI-powered support transformation initiatives. My team manages enterprise-level clients and oversees nCino's revenue-generating Platinum support program, ensuring continuous operational excellence for financial institutions worldwide.
In the community, I serve as President of the nCino Veterans Network, an employee resource group supporting veteran employees and veteran-focused initiatives. As a United States Marine Corps veteran myself, I'm passionate about leadership development and creating pathways for others to succeed. I'm honored to join the Cameron Executive Network to mentor undergraduate business students, sharing insights from my 20+ year career spanning technology leadership, entrepreneurship, and global team building.
Having graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Economics from the Cameron School of Business, I've built my career on the foundation provided by UNCW. I hold multiple Salesforce certifications including Platform Administrator, Platform Administrator II, Platform Developer I, and Sales Cloud Consultant, along with nCino platform certifications and Informatica Cloud Data Integration credentials.
Outside the office, you'll find me spending time with my children and indulging my lifelong passion for paleontology—whether that's visiting museums, exploring fossil sites, or sharing my enthusiasm for prehistoric life with my kids.
