Kathleen Euston

Kathleen Euston I am a Senior Business Development Manager at Swoon, an international staffing firm where I partner with major brands to build high-performing teams. My work spans from placing direct-hire executives to scaling contractor teams for specific project goals, with a specialized focus on Marketing, Digital, IT, and Business Operations. Because I spend my days consulting with corporate leaders on their hiring needs, I have a unique "behind-the-scenes" understanding of what it takes to stand out in today's market. I can help you navigate the nuances of business development, strategic relationship building, and how to position your unique skills to fit within an organization. My own path wasn't a straight line. I earned my degree in Journalism & Mass Communications and began my career in the marketing department at Applebee’s International. That role gave me a front-row seat to multi-channel marketing execution—from managing budgets and social campaigns to overseeing the national Kids Menu program. I later transitioned into the agency world, working in retail advertising for clients like Sprint, John Deere, and LG. There, I collaborated with strategy teams to build the briefs that inspired national creative campaigns. For the last several years, I have leveraged that industry knowledge in the staffing world, where I am currently a top producer helping companies secure talent in infrastructure, security, and marketing. I moved to Wilmington 4 years ago to be closer to my family and my two nieces. When I’m not at the office, you can find me antiquing, reading, cooking or biking around town. I’m a serial hobbyist—I love trying my hand at everything from pottery to painting. I live in Wilmington with my husband, Pat, and our dog, Jay Bones. I would love to hear about your career goals and assess your personal strengths so we can ensure you are moving in he right direction!
