Welcome, my name is Reid! I grew up in Wilson, NC, the son of a lawn care and real estate entrepreneur and a hospice care coordinator. Eastern North Carolina is my home and the perfect place to pursue my interests, including fishing, grilling, golf, pickleball and serving my community. I attended NC State in Raleigh, NC, and graduated as the class valedictorian, focusing on entrepreneurship and finance. I've been in Wilmington, NC, ever since, fulfilling my dream of opening my own financial advisory practice. By helping my clients establish, grow, protect and transfer their wealth, I hope to leave people and places better than when I found them. This is my personal mission statement and how I define "success" in working with my clients. My goal in working with clients is to help them get the most out of their lives with the resources they have. People we best serve include those who: — Have changed jobs, careers or retired (or considering retirement) — Were working with a financial advisor who has retired or left the industry, or do not feel they are putting their best interests first — Have sold a home, land or business and/or have relocated to the area — Have inherited or will be inheriting money Edward Jones allows me to serve clients in a personal way, keeping their best interests as my top priority. I work to understand what is most important to the families I serve, using an established process to help them create realistic goals and implementing personalized strategies to help them accomplish those goals. By working together and remaining accountable to each other, we help clients stay on track through all stages of life.
