As an HR Manager with Wells Insurance, I work closely with leaders and teams across the organization to design and implement people centric solutions that strengthen performance and culture. My work spans employee and labor relations, performance management, benefits administration, talent development, and policy guidance. I partner with managers to address complex conduct and performance matters, coach supervisors on preventive practices, and streamline HR processes to improve productivity and compliance. In the community, I collaborate with StepUp Wilmington to support job development and leadership skills for under and unemployed individuals in the Wilmington region—connecting candidates to opportunities and participating in workforce events and trainings hosted by the organization. Having graduated from UNC Wilmington with a B.S. in Business Administration (concentration in Human Resource Management) from the Cameron School of Business—magna cum laude—I want to give back by engaging with the university through the Cameron Executive Network mentoring program. I maintain my SHRM SCP designation. Outside the office, you can find me trying something new in the kitchen, learning golf, enjoying mountain hikes, or working on carpentry projects.
