As the Chief Financial Officer of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and the Advantage Family of Companies, I work closely with over 2,000 real estate agents, 40 managers, 5 Presidents, and 3 CEOs to assist our agents and their clients in processing over 11,000 real estate transactions and over 4.5 billion in sales. My role encompasses overseeing the daily general accounting functions, compliance, audit committee, tax, business strategy, IT infrastructure, and budgeting. Prior to this position, I served as CFO of a major law group, controller for an international business organization, and worked in public accounting -building on a foundation that began with 5 years in the US Navy as an IT. In the community, I serve on several veteran-focused non-profit organizations, including NC 4 me, which helps transitioning military members find suitable training and employment. I am a 2018 graduate of the UNC-Wilmington Cameron School of Business MBA program, which has played an instrumental role in accelerating my career in the local Wilmington market. Outside of spreadsheets, I am an Ironman triathlete who regularly competes in Spartan races and open-water swims. I also love to surf, hike, fish, and enjoy duffing up all the local golf courses with friends.
