I’m from Northern VA and have spent 25 years in marketing roles in start-ups and larger Fortune 500 companies. I studied at Duke University (B.A. 1997) and Georgetown University (M.B.A. 2002). At Georgetown, I spearheaded our International Marketing Consultancy project in Buenos Aires with client, Banco De Santander. I worked in both in domestic and international marketing roles as Disney, 20th Century Fox and smaller dot.com like Realtor.com/Move.com. There I put my MBA into practice growing top line revenue, increasing profitability and winning awards. I was surrounded by stellar managers and colleagues as these companies only recruited the “best of the best”. While living and working in Los Angeles, I taught Seniors at Emerson College an Entertainment Marketing Promotion course (in their LA campus) for four semesters. I leveraged my entire network and had guest speakers weekly. In Fairfax, VA I volunteered at George Mason University’s career development office for resume building and mock interviews. I went “beyond the bullets” on the resume and taught students how to appear confident and ask the right questions to really stand out. I was also able to advise on career options and pathways as I had been in business so long. In 2018, I launched a successful Club Pilates franchise that made $1.4M in gross revenue and $490K net revenue last year in 2025. My franchise is a ranked #25 out of our 900 locations in the U.S. and voted, “Best Pilates Studio” in Northern Virginnia 4X. I have over 15 employees and am confident in my sales, marketing and general business knowledge that led me and my team to be successful.
