I am a bilingual attorney, investor, operator, and entrepreneur based in North Carolina. As a Senior Associate at IDEA Fund Partners, I lead end-to-end investment processes for technology-focused venture investments, including sourcing, evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and negotiating term sheets for high-growth startups. My investment perspective is complemented by hands-on governance and ecosystem work as a Board Member of Skillmaker.AI, Board Observer for Art Pharmacy, and mentor with Techstars. I am also the Founder and Managing Attorney of Pacheco Law Firm, where I advise startups, small and midsize businesses, and individuals on contracts, business litigation, and strategic legal matters. Through Pacheco Management, I provide business advisory services from formation through exit. My experience spans company building, law, and investing: I co-founded and led ExstoBio, a digital-health AI platform; completed venture programs with LBAN and Launch Chapel Hill; and served in private-equity diligence at NextGen Growth Partners. Earlier in my legal career, I clerked for Chief Justice Paul M. Newby of the Supreme Court of North Carolina, interned for Judge Robert J. Conrad Jr. in the Western District of North Carolina, and supported complex commercial and mass-arbitration litigation.
