Michael Reives Michael A. Reives, Sr. is a manufacturing and supply chain leader with 37 years of experience spanning supplier quality, manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, warehouse and logistics management, business-unit strategy, and plant leadership. In his current role as Supplier Quality Manager for North America at Victaulic, he leads collaboration across suppliers, sourcing, product and process engineering, operations, and manufacturing to help ensure engineered products are produced and delivered on time and meet quality expectations. Throughout his career, Michael has developed a practical leadership approach grounded in technical discipline, cross-functional partnership, accountability, and respect for people. His experience in both operational and leadership roles enables him to connect strategy with execution, translate complex manufacturing challenges into clear actions, and build productive relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Developing others has been a consistent focus of Michael’s career. He has coached and trained team members, created training tools, and helped individuals strengthen the capabilities needed for both current responsibilities and future career growth.
