Ruby Kiraly
A Program and Portfolio Manager with over two decades of experience leading complex initiatives across the advanced nuclear, defense, and aerospace sectors. I recently served as Advance Nuclear Portfolio Manager Staff at GE Vernova Hitachi in Wilmington, North Carolina, where I led a global portfolio of project managers supporting the company's Advanced Nuclear Small Modular Reactor (SMR) program.
Prior to joining GE Vernova Hitachi, I spent over ten years at Raytheon Technologies in Huntsville, Alabama, serving as Program Manager and chief of staff to the Vice President of Integrated Missile Defense Solutions, supporting a $4.1 billion portfolio. My career spans program planning and management roles at Lockheed Martin and The Boeing Company in missile defense, and avionics at Air Methods/United Rotorcraft. I am an expert at Earned Value Management (EVM) and was certified as such at each defense contractor, along with holding an active DoD Secret security clearance. Earlier in my career, I worked in manufacturing planning and buying for over fifteen years at CommScope/Andrew Corporation, managing procurement and materials planning and coordinating with production to keep manufacturing running smoothly.
Throughout my career, I have placed a strong emphasis on organizational transformation and change management, driving cultural shifts and building leadership capability across the teams and portfolios I oversee, which has become one of my passions.
I hold an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a BS in Business from Lewis University. Beyond my professional identity, I am also a mother, a military spouse, and a mentor — roles that have given me a deep, firsthand understanding of the value of time management and prioritization.
