At Raytheon Technologies as Program Manager and chief of staff to the VP of Integrated Missile Defense Solutions, supporting a $4.1B portfolio. Earlier roles include program planning at Lockheed Martin and Boeing in defense, and government contracting, avionics at Air Methods/United Rotorcraft. My formative career in manufacturing planning and buying at CommScope/Andrew Corporation. EVM-certified at every defense contractor, with an active DoD Secret clearance. Passionate about organizational transformation and change management, with an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga and a BS in Business from Lewis University. Also a mother, military spouse, and mentor.
